A studio with 24-hour access is located in the peaceful center of Seochon, just a 5-minute walk from Gyeongbokgung Station.
You have access to various infrastructures such as art museums, galleries, and the dense area of Jongno. The old alleys of Seochon and the nature of Inwangsan are inspiring places that can inspire your creativity.
Workstation
Individual workstations and individual sewing machines allow for independent work. Basic tools, including foundation tools are provided, and two colors of shared overlock machines are installed

Common facilities
A kitchen equipped with an ice/water dispenser, coffee machine, and shared refrigerator, as well as a clean restroom. The air conditioning and heating systems are in place for comfort, and there are shared computers and printers available for scanning and printing in the desk lounge.
Fees
1-month contract : 250,000 KRW per month (including VAT)
3-month contract : 225,000 KRW per month (including VAT)
